Project Overview
Sunlike Machinery Technology served as the EPC contractor for the material batching and conveying systems of a 20 million m²/year gypsum-based plant fiberboard production line for CNBM Taishan Gypsum.
The project was developed in cooperation with German engineering group SinBeKomp and represents one of the largest production lines of its kind worldwide and the first of its type in Asia.
Project Highlights
- 20 million m²/year production capacity
- One-time successful commissioning and startup
- Integrated EPC execution
- International engineering cooperation
- Complete material handling and batching solution
- DCS-integrated process control
Scope of Work
Sunlike delivered an integrated solution covering engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning, including:
- Material batching and weighing systems
- Belt and bucket conveying systems
- Pneumatic conveying systems
- Grinding and material preparation systems
- Homogenization and storage systems
- Modular steel structures, columns, and trusses
- Dust collection systems
- Electrical systems, cables, and wiring
- Equipment installation and system commissioning
- DCS control system integration
Main Equipment
Major equipment supplied for the project included grinding mills, homogenization silos, crushing systems, mixing systems, bucket elevators, belt conveyors, air slide conveyors, rotary screens, mixers, dispersers, weighing feeders, flow meters, arch-breaking devices, diverter valves, feeders, and dust collection equipment.
Sunlike also supplied and fabricated the associated modular steel structures, supporting columns, trusses, and electrical systems, providing an integrated solution for material storage, batching, conveying, and process control.
Project Result
On February 9, 2026, the production line was successfully commissioned and put into operation in a single run.
The project demonstrates Sunlike’s capability to execute complex industrial projects across multiple disciplines — from process engineering and equipment manufacturing to steel structure fabrication, installation, electrical integration, and commissioning. It has become a benchmark EPC reference for Sunlike Machinery Technology in large-scale gypsum and bulk material handling applications.
