The Sector Gate is designed specifically for bulk material handling applications in the building materials industry and is an ideal discharge device for cement clinker silos and associated dust collection systems.
A dust cover is installed at the discharge outlet to help prevent dust from escaping during material discharge. The gate is driven by an electro-hydraulic actuator, replacing conventional pneumatic cylinder operation and helping reduce overall system and installation costs.
The valve body features a stepped structural design to reduce the direct impact of material flow. Key wear areas inside the valve body are equipped with wear-resistant liners featuring a grid-type structure, which minimizes direct abrasion of the liners and extends their service life.
